From the virtual lobby, you will be able to access the auditorium, the exhibit hall, and the information desk.

You will be able to search the exhibitors, scroll through the floor to view the booths, and click into a booth to chat with the exhibitor or learn more information about the exhibitor.

After you have registered for RECon Digital, you will be able to schedule meetings with other registered attendees.

Once you are logged in, go to the “Attendee” tab on the navigation bar in the Virtual Lobby. Use the search functions to find who you are looking for. Click on the “Schedule a Meeting” button to the right of the attendee’s name. Select the date and time you would like to meet. You and the invitee will receive an email with the meeting request. Once the meeting invitation has been accepted, you can add the meeting to your calendar.

Yes, the platform allows attendees to request a meeting, connect on social media or live chat with exhibitors and other attendees.

Yes and no. Any conversation that occurs in a chat window on the event site is public and visible to everyone on the site. All direct messages exchanged between you and other conference attendees are only visible to you and the recipients.

Of course, you can; our member directory is accessible at any time. However, at RECon Digital, you will be able to make real-time connections with like-minded industry professionals who are ready to engage in networking and deal making.

RECon Digital will feature a searchable directory of conference attendees, exhibitors and other constituents so attendees can quickly find the right people and companies to meet.

You can host as many concurrent meetings as you feel appropriate.

Files can be shared using the attachment option in the booth chat feature.

Click on any of the booth panels to learn more about the company. You can also use the chat tab on the lower navigation bar to connect live with someone in the booth.

Click + on the Virtual Bag button next to the documents you want to send to yourself. When you have finished adding your documents, enter your email address so they can be sent to you and viewed later.

To join live or recorded sessions, click on the “Auditorium” from the virtual lobby. Once in the auditorium, click on the main screen. The full agenda will appear, allowing you to select the session to view. You can also view the full session agenda from the “Agenda” tab on the event home page.
